Is there an AmpLIFEied mobile app?

That's a GREAT question! Yes, we have an AmpLIFEied App for both Apple and Android mobile devices. You can find more information including the links to both at AmpLIFEiedApp.com. You can also go to the App Store on your iPhone or the Google Play store on our Android and search for "AmpLIFEied". Once you download the app you can sign in and share from anywhere! The app even shares to Instagram!! We've created a handy guide to help you get started. Click here to download the guide.

How do I schedule posts using AmpLIFEied.com?

Congratulations, you're on the road to success and smart thinking by planning and scheduling your posts ahead of time. Here is a quick overview of our schedule feature. Once you’ve chosen the post you’d like to share click on the Share button for that post. After clicking on Share you’ll see a down arrow beside Share Now. Click on that down arrow. This is where your options begin. a. Auto Schedule - choose this if you’d like our system to choose the best date and time to share the post to our networks. b. Set a Time - choose this if you’d like to set the date and time of your choice. We suggest using Auto Schedule if you are scheduling a quick post and Set a Time if you plan to schedule a weekend, week or month of content at once. How do I connect my social networks to AmpLIFEied.com?

You can connect your social channels by going to your Settings page and clicking the green + symbol for each channel you’d like to connect. Quick Tips: We’ve created a video that shows you step by step how to connect your Facebook Page. Click here to watch the video: https://youtu.be/xBRF_CDlrb8. To connect your Facebook Profile you MUST be logged in to the Facebook account you’d like to connect to. In order to connect to a Facebook Page you MUST be logged in as an Administrator over that page. A Facebook Page can only be connected to one account at a time.

How do I share a post to my connected networks?

Simply pick out a post and click the Share button. You’ll see your connected networks listed. Check on each of the channels you’d like to share to or click Select All to share to all of the channels at once. Quick Tips: We’ve created a video that shows you step by step how to Share a post. What are the Amplified points I'm earning used for?

Points are a way of having fun by seeing who is proudest to share the great messages on AmpLIFEied. You can think of them as bragging rights. The more points you accumulate the more people know you are loud and proud of inspiring others to live their best life.

Where can I access the free cover images provided with my AmpLIFEied account?

Put your best foot forward on Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin. We've created a cover image library packed with professionally designed graphics for you. Facebook has made a recent update to their Pages to allow for cover videos!! We’ve created a variety of videos you can use for your practice’s cover as well. Why are the AmpLIFEied.com posts I share posting on my personal profile page instead of my practice's profile page?

To post to your practice’s Facebook page instead of your personal profile, first you must connect the Facebook page in your settings. Then when you select a post that you would like to share, be sure the box is checked next to channel(s) you want the post to go to, and unchecked next to channels you do not want the post to go to. Your personal profile is NOT required to share to your practice’s page. Quick Tips: We’ve created a video that shows you step by step how to connect your Facebook Page. How do I disconnect a channel from my AmpLIFEied account?

To disconnect a channel go to your Settings page. Where you see “Connected Channels” you’ll also see the word “edit”. Click on edit and delete the channels you’d like to disconnect. Then click the Submit button.

When I try to connect my practice’s Facebook page I receive a message that says “Sorry, that Facebook Page account is already registered to another user.” What do I do now?

This means that your Facebook page has been connected to another AmpLIFEied account. Facebook pages can only be connected to one AmpLIFEied account. If you had a past account try to reset your password to log in to the original account. If the person connected to this account is no longer employed at your practice contact our support team at [email protected] in order to request this disconnection. It takes 2-3 business days on average. Once that is complete you’ll be able to connect to the new account.

What can I do to boost the engagement on my Facebook page?

Chances are you are treating a Facebook page as a “set it and forget it” deal. That’s not the case! In order to garner engagement with your social networks you have to engage. How do I change the email address associated with my AmpLIFEied account?

Once you sign up for your free trial simply add Jason Deitch “[email protected]” (**BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK SPELLING”) as an editor to your Facebook page. If you aren’t sure how to do this you’ll find step by step instructions here: https://www.facebook.com/help/187316341316631. You can also see screenshots here: http://amplifeiedpro.com/thank_you_pages/13925/.  Once you’ve complete this let us know at [email protected]. We will begin posting within 2 business days.

Is there a contract with AmpLIFEiedPRO?
